This process cannot be done from a mobile device.
Adding an attachment to an inspection can be easily done by following these few simple steps:
Create a new inspection or open an already existing inspection from your desktop computer.
If an inspection is already closed, it will need to be re-opened in order to proceed. If you need help on re-opening an inspection, see article, “How to re-open an inspection”.
If creating a new inspection, all required fields must be filled in and then saved before you can proceed to step # 2. If you need help on how to create a new work order, see article, “How to create an inspection”.
Click on the “Attachments Tab”.
Use the drop-down menu to select “Attach File”.
To update an address, go to Step 6. To delete an address go to Step 7.
To attach a file, click on the “Choose File” button, then select the appropriate file.
Click on “Add Attachment”.
Once you have finished this step, you have successfully added an attachment into your inspection and are ready to proceed.
