This process cannot be done from a mobile device.
Adding a attachment to a Work Order can be easily done by following these few simple steps:
Create a new Work Order or open an already existing Work Order.
If a Work Order is already closed, it will need to be re-opened in order to proceed. If you need help on re-opening a Work Order, see article, “How to Re-Open a Work Order.”
If creating a new Work Order, all required fields must be filled in and then saved before you can proceed to Step 2. If you need help on how to create a new Work Order, see article,“How to Create a Work Order.”
Click on the Attachments tab.
Make sure the drop-down menu is Attach File, then click on the Choose File button to select the appropriate file.
Files must be 20 MB or smaller
Click on New Attachment.
Once you have finished this step, you have successfully added an attachment to your Work Order.
